Fuxin lies in the west of Liaoning Province. It is known as “Coal and Electricity City”. It is one of the main industrial bases for key project construction during the first and second “Five-Year Plan”. It is an inspiring place producing outstanding people. Fuxin has rich resources of coal and electricity and railway and road network leads to everywhere. The Hydraulicpneumatic Industry of Fuxin was first established at the beginning of 60’s, it has grew from small to large, from weak to strong along with the development of our country and the development of Fuxin’s industrial economies. At first, our products were only hydraulic original parts of machine tools, now our products has development to cover three main categories, over 30 series, thousands of automobile power steering pumps, high and medium pressure vane pumps with low noise, high and medium gear pumps, lifting pumps and matching hydraulic system, etc. Our company has entered such fields as engineering machinery, plastic machinery, metallurgy, petroleum machinery and automobile manufacture with complete new form. We have made extraordinary contributions to the development of national industry. The number of our enterprises has grown from 1 to more than 30 like mushrooms.

Fuxin Hydraulicpneumatic Association was emerged against this main background, it was founded in Sep. 2007 and have 23 members up till now, which include old state-owned enterprises like Fuxin Hydraulic Component Plants and new rising enterprises which are well-known in China like Fuxin Der Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd, supplier enterprises from other cities like Dongyuan Pengchi Hardware Manufacture Co., Ltd, and many other medium and small enterprises.

In 2007, the gross industrial output value of our association members has reached 550 million, among which, the output value of Der Company is 210 million, of Hydraulic Component Plant is 110 million, of Taike Hydraulic Component Plant is 70 million, of Beixing Hydraulic Component Company and Beichen Group is 30 million, and 11 companies whose annual output values are over 5 million. Judging from the output, our city has manufactured 1.46 million hydraulic pumps of various types in the year 2007, among which 0.5 million are gear pumps, 0.96 million are steering pumps, among the steering pumps, 0.7 million are manufactured by Der Company, which is the second largest enterprise in manufacturing steering pumps.

With respect to the developing tendency, the sales of hydraulic components of our association are on the rise, the demands for our products has exceeded supply for most of the enterprises, some products are even in short supply in the market. Thereof, besides developing new products and improving quality, our association members are also striving to expand our production capacity and promote our supplying capacity. In the year 2008, the output of steering pumps of Der Company is expected to reach 1 million. The output of Fuxin Hydraulic Component is expected to reach 350 thousand, of Taike Hydraulic Company is expected to reach 150 thousand. The output of Beixing, Beichen, Fuxin Hydraulic Oil Pump and Fuxin Oriental Hydraulic are expected to increase over 30%, the gross output are expected to reach 2 million, the gross output value are expected to exceed 1 billion.

The products manufactured by Fuxin Hydraulic Association Industry all have advanced craft. Our Industry has advanced equipments, a complete set of before-sale, in-sale and after-sale service, first-class detecting means and management system. At present, we are supplier of over 40 domestic enterprises like Beijing Automobile, FAW, DFAC, DFM, Brilliance Auto, TJFAW Xiali, Zhengzhou Yutong, FAW Hainan Mazda, JMC, Nanjing IVECO, Nanjing FIAT, DCEC, DCD, Guangxi Yuchai Group, etc. Our products are also exported to Germany, Russia, and Pakistan, etc. Our products cover domestic heavy truck, bus, light passenger car, injection molding machine, die casting machine, loader, bulldozer, forklift truck and various kind of engineering machines. Our products have been awarded famous brand by national ministries, province and the city for many times.

At the beginning of this year, the provincial committee and government has put forth the strategy of “Breakthrough Fuxin”, and support Fuxin with its economic transformation, which has offered a golden chance for the development of Fuxin’s hydraulic industry. On Mar. 21, a forum for directors and mangers of equipment manufacturing and automobile parts industry was held by the municipal committee and government. In accordance with the implementing scheme of accelerating the group development of automobile parts industry by the municipal committee and government, the province will support especially for the project construction of hydraulic industry. Leading enterprises like Der Company will construct a high hp diesel engine project with the annual output of 30 thousand and a light-duty vehicle project with the annual output of 300 thousand.
